I hereby consent in my own will and in my own interests to the Protocoler Limited Liability Company, located at the address: 18-202, Demakova street, Novosibirsk, Russia (hereinafter referred to as «Operator») to process my personal data within both manual and computerized in the use of Operator's Website and Mobile Application of the following list:
– surname, name;
– data, which contains information relating to the user devices (characteristic, version and the other attributes, which characterize the user's device);
– user's messages in Zoom and Slack chats, which are integrated with Website and Mobile Application by user;
– data, which characterize the audience segments;
– session options;
– data about the time of the visit;
– the identifier of the user stored in the cookie for the following purposes: user identification; providing the user personalized services; providing to the user support services; sending notifications and information related to the use of Website and Mobile Application, as well as the processing of requests and applications from the user; improve the quality of the Website and Mobile Application, ease of use, development of new services; carrying out statistical, marketing and other researches on the basis of impersonal data; collecting statistics of visits of users.

I also give my consent to the Operator to perform the following actions with my personal data:
- collection, accumulation, storage;
- clarification/updating/modification;
- use;
- depersonalization;
- distribution (inclusive of transfer);
- transfer at the request of the court, including to third parties, in compliance with measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access.

This consent acts indefinitely from the moment of providing data and can be withdrawn by the user by submission of the order with indication of the data defined by the Federal law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ "About personal data".

Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data can be carried out by sending request to the e-mail address Feedback@protocoler.com.

This consent shall be governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
